Client service, Administrative & Accounting Assistant (Vancouver Westside)

We are a progressive and expanding EDUCATIONAL SERVICES company in Vancouver seeking after an experienced Client Service, Administrative and Accounting Assistant. Join our team of educational leaders and teachers dedicated to students’ success.   • A multi-tasker with the ability to adapt and work in a fast paced environment
  • Able to do accounting functions such as invoicing, posting financial transactions, reconciling statements and other basic accounting tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related fields
  • Min. 5 years of work experience in office admin, customer service & accounting support with proven track record
  • Excellent communication (both verbal and written) skills in Mandarin & English
  • Able to work on evenings and weekends
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Creating an exceptional client experience by proactively engaging with clients
  • Supporting new client acquisition and client relationship management
  • Identifying business opportunities, promoting our programs & services
  • Responding promptly to telephone, email and in-person inquiries from parents and students
  • Turning prospects to clients and retaining clients
  • Assisting the team to achieve and exceed sales target successfully
  • Assisting with invoicing, payment processing
  • Scheduling classes, appointments and supporting the team
  • Assisting in marketing activities, campaigns and event preparation
  • Ensuring that problems are solved professionally & quickly
