Jackman Eye Institute is seeking a Medical Retina Specialist for a 3-6 month locum position in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador. What You'll Do

• Provide high-volume medical retina care
• Perform and manage intravitreal injection therapy
• Diagnose and treat age-related macular degeneration (AMD)
• Manage diabetic retinopathy and retinal vascular diseases
• Assess and treat complex medical retina conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary ophthalmic team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes
• Optionally participate in comprehensive ophthalmology clinics

What You'll Bring

• MD with specialization in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship training in Medical Retina preferred
• Eligibility for licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Newfoundland and Labrador
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high-quality patient care
• Ability to work efficiently within a high-volume practice environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
