What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate Fendt tractors and precision fertilizer application equipment.
  • Deliver accurate, efficient fertilizer applications using GPS-guided technology.
  • Maximize productivity while maintaining exceptional quality.
  • Perform daily inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs.
  • Keep equipment clean, organized, and in excellent condition.
  • Work safely while representing Dabuurma Farms with professionalism.
  • Help maintain our reputation as one of Ontario's most trusted custom application companies.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience operating large agricultural equipment.
  • Experience operating tractors, spreaders, floaters, or other precision application equipment.
  • Strong farming background.
  • Mechanically inclined with the ability to perform routine maintenance and minor repairs.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons.
  • Professional attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
  • Valid G driver's licence with a clean driving record.
