At the OTIP Group of Companies (OGC), we believe that something special happens when employees feel valued for the work they do, supported as the people they are, and included in the very fabric of the organization: they bring their best to work every day. And that's why we mean it when we say we put our people at the centre of everything we do. Join us as we grow our way into a future that reimagines what it means to deliver meaningful benefits support and service.
What You’ll Do:
Are you passionate about customer service and problem-solving? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your expertise makes a real difference? Why You'll Love This Role
Engage & Assist: Answer coverage inquiries, process policy changes, and ensure our members receive personalized, professional service every step of the way.
Resolve Challenges with Confidence: Handle concerns with care and professionalism - assessing issues, identifying solutions, and delivering resolutions that leave a lasting positive impression.
Be the Reason Members Stay & Grow: Build trust and connections by providing valuable insights into our insurance products and services, helping members make informed coverage decisions while identifying opportunities for growth.
Leverage Your Broker Expertise: Apply underwriting standards, assess risk, and ensure policies align with binding requirements - all while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Keep Things Organized: Process rewrites, maintain accurate records, and ensure all insurance transactions are efficiently documented and up to date.
Stay Informed: Work in a supportive, learning-focused environment where you'll collaborate with management, flag key issues, and stay ahead of industry developments.
This is more than just a job, it’s a chance to be part of a service-driven team that values expertise, problem-solving, and member satisfaction. If you're ready to bring enthusiasm, broker knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to a role that keeps you engaged every day, we'd love to hear from you!
