Overview
At Wolfe Willow we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Physician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages, ensuring high-quality medical services in a supportive environment. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient health and well-being, utilizing a broad range of clinical skills and medical knowledge.

Wolfe Willow Clinic will be a subsidiary of the already established and thriving Bow Trail Medical Clinic, our clinic would be located at the heart of the rapidly growing Wolfe Willow Community which is quite scenic and family orientated. Joining out team would provide a good opportunity for a family physician to rapidly and organically grow their patient panel while also creating good impact in the environs.

Duties

  • Conduct thorough patient examinations and assessments to diagnose various health conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication administration and pain management strategies.
  • Manage acute care cases efficiently, providing immediate treatment and follow-up care as needed.
  • Provide pediatric care, addressing the unique health needs of children and adolescents.
  • Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers using electronic health records systems such as Epic and Cerner.
  • Collect and analyze patient data to monitor health trends and improve care quality.
  • Educate patients on preventive health measures, lifestyle modifications, and medication usage.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with medical office standards.
  • Engage in research activities or quality improvement projects to enhance clinical practices.

Skills

  • Proven experience in hospital settings with a strong background in acute care and patient management.
  • Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records ( Induction & Training to be provided ), and data collection techniques.
  • Expertise in pain management, medication administration, and minor procedures.
  • Strong understanding of pediatrics and comprehensive patient care across all age groups.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ability to handle medical office administration responsibilities efficiently while maintaining high standards of patient confidentiality.
  • Experience with research initiatives or clinical studies is a plus but not required. This position is ideal for physicians committed to delivering compassionate primary care while continuously advancing their clinical expertise within a dynamic healthcare environment.

Pay: $400,000.00-$600,000.00 per year
