NOVA Kitchen & Bar is expanding to North Vancouver, and we're looking for passionate culinary professionals to help build one of the North Shore's premier dining destinations. Our concept combines premium Canadian steaks, fresh West Coast seafood, handcrafted cocktails, and genuine hospitality in a vibrant upscale-casual setting.   • Minimum 2 years of experience for Line Cooks
  • Minimum 3+ years of leadership experience for Sous Chef applicants
  • Experience in busy, full-service sit-down restaurants is required
  • Strong knowledge of food preparation, organization, and kitchen systems
  • Passion for quality, consistency, and teamwork
  • Ability to perform under pressure while maintaining high standards
  • Food Safe Certification is considered an asset
  • Experience with premium casual, upscale casual, or fine dining restaurants is highly preferred
