We’re looking for a passionate and dynamic Education Assistant Program Instructor (Evening) to join our team and make a lasting impact.

The ideal candidate is a passionate educator with strong communication skills, an adaptive teaching approach, and a commitment to student success.

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Evening Classes: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM (remote)

Your Role

As an integral member of our faculty, you’ll:

  • Deliver engaging and interactive instructional content aligned with our curriculum.
  • Simplify complex concepts, making them accessible and inspiring for beginner learners.
  • Develop course outlines and materials to guide students toward success.
  • Provide timely grading and constructive feedback to support student growth.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment that encourages engagement and community.
  • Help students prepare for their careers through resume-building and job application guidance.
  • Stay connected with the academic team to refine strategies and contribute to our shared mission.

The Ideal Candidate

We’re seeking a dedicated, self-sufficient, and collaborative professional who:

  • Has strong experience in Ontario’s education industry, particularly in the Education Assistant field.
  • Is passionate about teaching and committed to inspiring learners.
  • Excels in organization, accountability, and creating engaging educational content.
  • Thrives in a team-oriented environment and is willing to put in the effort to contribute to student success.
  • Demonstrates honesty, responsibility, and a proactive approach to challenges.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Ontario College of Teachers Membership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–3 years of professional teaching experience; 3 years in the Education Assistant field (preferred).
  • A passion for engaging diverse, multicultural learners.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with educational technologies and innovation in the classroom.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English.
