Full job description

Jereh Canada Corporation is hiring a Business Development Manager, Frac & Oilfield Services in Calgary to grow customer relationships and commercial activity across hydraulic fracturing, pressure pumping, stimulation, coiled tubing, completions, and related oilfield service markets throughout Western Canada.

Direct experience supporting hydraulic fracturing, pressure pumping, or stimulation operations is required for consideration.

This is a field-facing commercial role responsible for developing new business, expanding strategic accounts, identifying revenue opportunities, supporting quotations and tenders, and strengthening Jereh Canada Corporation's position with operators, pressure pumping companies, and oilfield service organizations.

The strongest candidates will bring an established Western Canada network and direct commercial or operational exposure to frac fleets, pressure pumping operations, stimulation services, or equipment supporting hydraulic fracturing activity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow strategic customer relationships across the Canadian hydraulic fracturing, pressure pumping, stimulation, and broader oilfield services market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with frac companies, pressure pumping organizations, operators, completions teams, and associated field-service customers.
  • Build relationships with frac operations leaders, pressure pumping managers, completions personnel, procurement teams, field leadership, and operator stakeholders.
  • Identify revenue opportunities tied to hydraulic fracturing equipment, pressure pumping operations, stimulation services, coiled tubing, completions, and supporting field-service applications.
  • Own commercial activity from prospecting and account development through quotation, proposal, tender, negotiation, and award.
  • Develop account plans and customer maps to increase market penetration and wallet share.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, field visits, and commercial follow-up throughout Alberta and Western Canada.
  • Coordinate with operations, service, engineering, and leadership teams to ensure proposed solutions align with customer field requirements.
  • Support quotations, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Track frac activity, customer programs, fleet utilization, competitor movement, and market developments that may create commercial opportunities.
  • Maintain an active pipeline and provide regular forecasts, account updates, and market intelligence to leadership.
  • Support customer retention, account expansion, and development of new strategic relationships.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and field-site requirements.
  • Perform other duties as required to support commercial growth.

Required Qualifications

This section needs to be much tighter than the old version.

  • Minimum 5 years of business development, account management, technical sales, or commercial experience within oilfield services.
  • Direct experience with hydraulic fracturing, pressure pumping, or stimulation operations is required.
  • Demonstrated experience selling products, equipment, services, or technical solutions into frac or pressure pumping customers.
  • Working knowledge of frac operations, pressure pumping workflows, completions activity, field requirements, and customer buying processes.
  • Proven experience developing new business and growing customer accounts within oilfield services.
  • Experience supporting quotations, tenders, pricing, contract discussions, or commercial negotiations.
  • Established or developing relationships with operators, pressure pumping companies, frac organizations, or related service companies in Alberta or Western Canada.
  • Ability to travel throughout Alberta and Western Canada for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, energy, or a related field, or equivalent oilfield industry experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 7+ years of commercial experience in frac, pressure pumping, stimulation, or related completions services.
  • Existing network with Canadian pressure pumping companies, operators, completions organizations, and oilfield service providers.
  • Experience selling frac equipment, pressure pumping equipment, stimulation products, fluid-end equipment, pumping systems, power solutions, aftermarket services, or related field equipment.
  • Experience with coiled tubing, completions, or drilling support in addition to direct frac or pressure pumping experience.
  • Experience managing strategic accounts and developing new business across Alberta and Western Canada.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, pipeline forecasting, territory planning, and competitive intelligence.
  • Experience working directly with operations, field personnel, procurement, and executive-level customer stakeholders.
