  • Perform a variety of routine typing assignments; operate a computer to draft basic correspondence, enter data, and print letters, labels, reports, and/or other materials to assist clinicians, type and submit form letters.
  • Medical equipment cleaning/reprocessing.
  • Some bookkeeping is required, including billing of patient services.
  • Establish, maintain, process, and or update patient files, records, and/or other patient-related documents following established clinical and administrative guidelines.
  • Stock and distribute office and medical supplies.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned and act as brand ambassador.

  • Medical Office Administrative Certificate or Equivalent Experience.
  • Previous sleep and CPAP experience an asset.
  • Previous Medical office/clerical experience is an asset.
  • Computer/word processing knowledge and experience (MS Office Skills/Word/Excel/Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

  • Strong ability to maintain multiple calendars, and appointment scheduling.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
