Temporary Position (3–4 Months) with potential to become permanent
Compensation: $20.00–$25.00 per hour, based on experience
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our team for an approximately 3–4 month term. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work, staying organized, and supporting a busy office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the office team
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Perform light reception duties and greet visitors as required
- File and organize physical and electronic documents
- Complete data entry and record management tasks
- Process accounts payable entries in QuickBooks
- Assist with general office organization and day-to-day administrative duties
- Support team members with various clerical tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous administrative experience is an asset
- Experience with QuickBooks is preferred
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
