The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the flexibly of being able to perform general office admin, reception and client facing duties including, and the ability to work cohesively as part of a team.

· Front office reception and answering phones

· Office mailouts, filing, and office supplies management

· General office maintenance

· Preparation of Documents

· Some basic Executive Assistant functions, like managing senior management Education & accreditation credits and booking appointments

The Ideal Candidate will have:

· A minimum of 3 years Administrative and Office Experience

· An excellent attitude and willingness to learn

· Excellent computer skills

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong attention to detail and be very organized
