We are a growing industrial refrigeration service company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our office team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment and has strong experience in dispatching, invoicing, and collections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispatch service technicians and manage daily schedules
  • Prepare, process, and track customer invoices
  • Handle accounts receivable, collections, and credit follow-ups
  • Maintain accurate customer records and payment histories
  • Perform bookkeeping and basic accounting functions
  • Manage office administration and filing systems
  • Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and management
  • Assist with monthly reporting and job costing as required

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role
  • Strong background in dispatching, invoicing, and collections
  • Experience with bookkeeping and accounting
  • Office administration experience in a service-based business
  • Collections & Credit Management Certificate (or equivalent training)
  • Proficiency in accounting/dispatch software (QuickBooks, Jobber, or similar)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
