Patient Assistant (Full-Time)

Longevity Chiropractic is seeking a dedicated Patient Assistant to join our growing healthcare team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.

This is not a traditional full-time reception role. While some responsibilities will include front desk and administrative duties, the majority of your time will be spent supporting our doctors through clinical documentation, patient education, and assisting with the day-to-day flow of patient care.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, possesses a general understanding of human anatomy and excited to play an integral role in helping our patients have an outstanding experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients, creating a warm and welcoming environment
  • Assist patients with completing forms and documentation
  • Schedule appointments and manage the calendar efficiently
  • Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls as needed
  • Ensure patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
  • Assist with laser therapy, shockwave therapy, documentation, and exercise prescription
  • Support clinic marketing efforts, including social media posting and content support

Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous reception or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Social media and/or marketing experience an asset
  • Knowledge of anatomical terminology and human movement an asset
  • College or university program in Human Kinetics, Biomechanics, or Kinesiology strongly preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

Full-time

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 6:15 PM
  • Thursday: 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
