Overview

Join Our Team!

We are looking for an experienced, professional, and highly organized Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing dental practice. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires someone who is comfortable managing the front desk while ensuring the office runs efficiently and delivers an exceptional patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office.
  • Serve as the primary front desk coordinator by welcoming patients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
  • Oversee patient scheduling to maximize office efficiency.
  • Manage insurance verification, claims processing, billing, and collections.
  • Maintain accurate patient records using Dentrix.
  • Supervise and support the administrative team while fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Coordinate with dentists and clinical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Handle financial arrangements, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with office policies and industry regulations.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve patient concerns professionally.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience (required).
  • Must have experience using Dentrix software.
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance, treatment planning, and billing.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
