What advice would you give the CEO of Lakeridge Health about how to improve the company?
1. If you hire a manager, director, etc.. at 100k+ there is no need for an assistant. They should be held accountable and expected to co-ordinate meetings / draft their own messages. If they are unable to do this, then they should not in that role. Every year it seems there are more management positions and less beds / front line staff. If you want to reduce hallway medicine, stop throwing money into the proverbial hopper.
3 weeks at last check, but you must accrue them via hours worked. This is augmented by your years of service. The longer you are employed, the faster vacation accrues.
Does Likeridge employ people from far away places like Zambia, Africa and what are the requirements?
Lakeridge is an equal opportunity employer. Provided you meet base requirements and are a successful candidate anyone is a potential hire.
