We are looking for a hands-on and strategic IT Support Lead to anchor our technology infrastructure, protect our digital assets, and empower our workforce.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced IT Support Lead with a strong background in IT operations and Cybersecurity. In this role, you will lead our helpdesk and infrastructure support teams while proactively safeguarding our logistics networks against modern cyber threats.

You will serve as the technical escalation point for complex system issues, manage hardware/software lifecycles, and implement robust security protocols to ensure 24/7 operational continuity across our warehouses, offices, and remote fleet management systems.

Key Responsibilities

IT Operations & Leadership

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and manage a team of Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support, ensuring high service standards and rapid incident resolution.
• Infrastructure Management: Oversee the administration of local and cloud environments (Microsoft 365, Azure/AWS, Windows/Linux servers, active directory, and networking hardware).
• Incident Response: Own the IT service desk ticketing workflow, establishing SLAs, tracking key performance metrics, and resolving high-priority escalations.
• Logistics Tech Integration: Support specialized supply chain software, barcode scanners, handheld terminals, warehouse management systems (WMS), and enterprise resource planning (ERP) tools.

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Security Operations: Implement, monitor, and maintain endpoint protection, firewalls and multi-factor authentication (MFA) across the organization.
• Threat Mitigation: Conduct regular vulnerability assessments, patch management schedules, and security audits to protect sensitive supply chain and customer data.
• Incident Prevention & Recovery: Develop and test disaster recovery plans, backup strategies, and rapid-response protocols for security breaches or ransomware threats.
• Security Awareness: Train employees on cybersecurity best practices, phishing awareness, and data privacy compliance.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Cybersecurity and IT operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior technical role.
• Cybersecurity Expertise: Demonstrated hands-on experience with network security, endpoint protection, firewall management, and incident response.
• Logistics Industry Acumen: Prior experience working in a logistics, warehousing, transportation, or manufacturing environment is a strong advantage.
• Technical Stack Proficiency:
• OS: Windows Server, Windows 10/11
• Cloud & Networking: Microsoft 365, Azure, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs.
• Security Tools: EDR/XDR solutions, vulnerability scanners, MDM (Mobile Device Management).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-pressure logistics environment.

Preferred Certifications

• CompTIA Security+ / CySA+ / CISSP
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Modern Desktop Administrator
• ITIL Foundation certification
