OT Works! is hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our OT-led private practice in Victoria, BC. This is a contract role with a consistent caseload, excellent pay, and unmatched clinical support.

We’re a small, supportive team where OTs are treated as people—not numbers. You’ll learn from some of the most respected clinicians in the market, with clear report-writing support, paid training, and structured mentorship from day one.

  • Community-based OT services (homes, workplaces, community)

  • Mix of insurers and programs (ICBC, WorkSafeBC, insurers, government)
  • Independent work—with consistent team support
  • Report writing with clear guidance, templates and samples
  • Make an impact that matters and create meaningful change.
  • Share your unique perspectives and collaborate with your OT colleagues

You Bring

  • OT degree and eligibility for registration in BC
  • Valid driver’s license and vehicle
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and a life-learner mindset
