Occupational Health Nurse

Kingston Health Sciences Centre (KHSC) – Kingston, ON
Full-Time | $95,642–$114,771 + Pension & Benefits | $10,000 Signing Bonus

Looking for an Occupational Health role where your clinical judgement truly matters?

KHSC is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to support the health, safety, and wellbeing of staff across one of Ontario’s largest academic hospitals. This role offers autonomy, complex case management, and direct impact in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage workplace illness, injury, and fitness-to-work cases
  • Conduct clinical assessments and provide guidance on exposures and health concerns
  • Interpret medical information to support return-to-work and accommodation decisions
  • Administer immunizations and support occupational health programs
  • Apply legislation (WSIA, Human Rights Code) and collective agreements in decision-making [26-NON-UNI..., 50015378 | Word]

What You Bring

  • 5+ years Occupational Health Nursing experience (healthcare preferred)
  • Registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
  • Post-grad education in Occupational Health Nursing
