Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Supply Staff to support early childhood education programs and assist with classroom activities. This role involves working closely with children, educators, and caregivers to ensure a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and experience in caregiving or teaching settings. This position offers an opportunity to contribute positively to children's development while gaining valuable experience in educational support.

Duties

  • Assist classroom teachers with daily activities and instructional support
  • Support children during learning activities, playtime, and mealtimes
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment
  • Provide care and supervision for children, ensuring their well-being at all times
  • Support students with disabilities or special needs as directed by educators
  • Prepare materials and supplies needed for classroom activities
  • Engage with children in educational games, storytelling, and developmental exercises
  • Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to promote a secure environment

Requirements

  • Prior classroom experience or background in early childhood education is preferred
  • Experience working with children, including those with disabilities or special needs
  • Strong caregiving skills with a nurturing and patient demeanor
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting alongside educators and caregivers
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage positively with children
  • Reliable, responsible, and committed to creating an inclusive learning environment
  • Must be able to pass background checks and adhere to safety standards
