We are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who is passionate about working in Medical Aesthetics and delivering best-in-class customer service to the clients. The new hire must be able to work in both Burnaby and North Vancouver locations.

As the successful candidate you are:

• High energy, optimistic, driven to succeed and great at working with others
• A friendly team player who has a passion for life
• A hardworking, resourceful person with effective problem solving skills
• An excellent communicator with both clients and team members
• Minimum 1-year experience in Medical Aesthetics
• Ability to be an Ambassador of exceptional service to the clients
• Willing to travel to both locations in Burnaby and Port Coquitlam
• Must be available to work on Saturdays and flexible to adapt to schedule
• Provide excellent skin consultations and market/promote our services to our clients
• Contribute to practice success by managing email lists, retention activities and effectively respond to, follow up on and manage new leads
• Sell proprietary skin care products and treatments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Experience:

• Medical Aesthetics: 1 year (required)
• receptionist: 2 years (preferred)
