Job Overview
We seek a skilled and enthusiastic Server/ Bartender to join our Casa12doce team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a solid understanding of the food and beverage industry. As a Server/Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, mixing drinks, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience.

Duties

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and safety practices.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments accurately.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the food service industry.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure seamless service.
  • Stay informed about new drink recipes, trends in the beverage industry, and seasonal offerings.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred, with knowledge of Micros POS systems being a plus.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for customers.
