  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and escalate issues to the Café Supervisor when appropriate.
  • Complete end-of-shift cash and payment reconciliation as directed.
  • Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, food safety, sanitation, and organization throughout the café.
  • Monitor food and equipment temperatures while ensuring required logs are completed accurately.
  • Maintain proper product labeling, rotation, storage, and inventory organization.
  • Support waste reduction initiatives and sustainable operating practices.
  • Work collaboratively with both front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality, enjoys creating meaningful guest experiences, and takes pride in every beverage and interaction.
