Barista - Nemesis Coffee

We’re on the lookout for an energetic and passionate barista to join our team at our Polygon location in North Vancouver! Whether you’ve just scratched the surface of specialty coffee or you're a seasoned pro, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

-Prepare and serve exceptional espresso and non-espresso based beverages with consistency and efficiency.

-Engage with guest in a meaningful and genuine way, providing knowledgeable recommendations, elevated hospitality, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.

-Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.

-Consistently keep espresso and filters dialed to maintain quality control throughout service.

-Work collaboratively with the team to uphold Nemesis’ standards of hospitality and service.

-Play an active role in cafe operations: restocking, opening/closing duties, serving guests, maintaining the room, keeping up to date with the pastry and brunch menu to communicate with guests, and offering elevated hospitality.
