About Us

Pizza 64 is a fast-paced pizza restaurant focused on serving delicious food, providing friendly customer service, and creating a great experience for every guest. We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable, and hardworking team members to join our growing team.

Position Overview

As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing pizzas and other menu items, maintaining cleanliness, and helping ensure the restaurant operates smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
  • Take customer orders accurately in person and over the phone
  • Operate the POS system and process payments
  • Prepare pizzas, toppings, sides, and other menu items according to Pizza 64 standards
  • Prepare and portion ingredients as required
  • Safely operate ovens, kitchen equipment, and other restaurant equipment
  • Ensure food is prepared accurately, quickly, and consistently
  • Package orders for dine-in, takeout, and delivery
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and dining area
  • Follow food safety and hygiene procedures at all times
  • Restock ingredients, packaging, and supplies
  • Assist with opening and closing duties
  • Handle customer questions and concerns professionally
  • Work efficiently during busy periods
  • Support other team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant, pizza, or customer service experience is an asset
  • Previous experience is not required – training will be provided
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures
  • Food Safe certification is an asset
