Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and reliable Pizza Prep & Chef to join our vibrant kitchen team. In this role, you'll be the heart of our pizza-making process, preparing fresh ingredients and crafting delicious, authentic Italian-style pizzas. Responsibilities

  • Prepare pizza ingredients such as dough, sauces, toppings, and cheeses according to established recipes and standards.
  • Assist in assembling pizzas quickly and accurately to ensure timely service.
  • Support cooking processes by operating ovens and other kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the prep station, following proper food handling procedures.
  • Follow all food safety protocols to ensure high-quality, safe meals for guests.
  • Help with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service is preferred.
  • Knowledge of food handling, safety regulations, and kitchen hygiene practices.
  • Experience working in restaurants or the food industry is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
