What advice would you give the CEO of Service Inspired Restaurants about how to improve the company?
I would advise them to take a closer look at their regional management. The regional director in Qc is a nightmare. Since he has been at the helm, the level of distrust and frustration around middle managers has skyrocketed. Most of us have gone from loving our sircorp lives to actively seeking other opportunities. The quebec sircorp team will be devastated if this guy is left in charge. I can comfroatably speak for most of the QC sircorp managers; we have had enough. We are on the way out . Sircorp is not the company it was 5 years ago.

No, BoH management work anywhere between 12 and 16 hours a day and this expwcted

10 - but difficult to take them when you want and also difficult to take them at all as you are always needed so you're constantly carrying them over
What is Service Inspired Restaurants sick leave policy? How many sick days do you get per year?
Managers are supposed to get between 5 and 8 days, but there is an unspoken rule that nobody takes them
Not good. Their largest concept is hemorrhaging money and they have only a few successful locations left...yet they still have to pay the expensive rent at all of their prime locations
