Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Network Administrator to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Clients network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role requires a deep understanding of various operating systems, cloud platforms, and network security protocols. The Senior Network Administrator will play a critical role in supporting our technology environment and driving innovative solutions to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and manage complex network systems across multiple platforms including AWS, Azure, and on-premises environments.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Server 2022, and Server 2025 operating systems
  • Troubleshoot AD issues
  • Deal with complex server issues and find quick solutions
  • Implement security measures such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems to safeguard organizational data.
  • Maintain and support operating systems including Windows, and Apple environments.
  • Develop automation scripts using Python or Java to streamline network management tasks.
  • Collaborate with DevOps teams to integrate network solutions with CI/CD pipelines and cloud services.
  • Manage database connectivity and performance for SQL-based applications.
  • Document network configurations, procedures, and policies for compliance and future reference.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and networking trends.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Network Administrator or similar role with a focus on enterprise-level networks.
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, Sharepoint.
  • Hands-on experience with operating systems including Windows Server, Linux distributions, and Apple databases.
  • Knowledge of Server 2022, and Server 2025 operating systems
  • Troubleshoot AD issues
  • Deal with complex server issues and find quick solutions
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java for automation purposes.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools for continuous integration and deployment.
  • Understanding of SQL database management and connectivity issues.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex network issues quickly.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., MCSE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect,cybersecurity) are preferred but not mandatory.
