We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Event Producer (Contract) to support the planning and execution of our national event calendar. This role will help bring our brand to life through client experiences, partnership activations, community events, and other key marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys managing the details that create exceptional experiences. From coordinating vendors and timelines to supporting event logistics and on-site execution, this role will play an important part in delivering premium experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and execution of events across Canada.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venues, catering, rentals, staffing, gifting, transportation, and production elements.
- Develop and maintain project timelines, workback schedules, and event checklists.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, store teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners.
- Manage guest lists, RSVPs, event registrations, and attendee communications.
- Assist with budgets, invoice tracking, purchase orders, and expense reconciliation.
- Coordinate shipping, inventory, and distribution of event materials and collateral.
- Provide on-site event support, including setup, execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Prepare post-event recaps, attendance reports, and key learnings.
- Maintain event planning templates, vendor contacts, and operational processes.
- Coordinate event-related marketing deliverables, ensuring invitations, promotional materials, and guest communications are developed and delivered on schedule.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in event coordination, experiential marketing, hospitality, or a related field.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating vendors and external partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Asana.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required for events.

** Compensation for this role will be dependent on skills, experience, and seniority. The starting compensation range for this role is $ $24 - $26.00/hr
