Education Coordinator – Student Support & AdministrationOnPoint Financial Tutors | Work from Home

OnPoint Financial Tutors provides coaching for RIBO, LLQP, and Mutual Funds (IFC) licensing exams. We are looking for an organized, disciplined, and dependable Education Coordinator to manage daily administration, support students, and assist our educator.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer calls and respond professionally to enquiries from prospective and current students.
  • Explain course schedules, registration steps, and study material access using information provided by the educator.
  • Manage daily emails, respond to student questions, and follow up on enquiries.
  • Coordinate the enrolment process, collect registration forms, check for missing information, and maintain registration records.
  • Track students joining classes, record attendance, and follow up with students who miss sessions.
  • Maintain accurate student record sheets, contact details, enrolment status, payment updates, and CRM entries.
  • Send class reminders, Zoom links, announcements, and study notes before each class.
  • Organize and maintain chapter notes, summary files, study materials, and digital folders.
  • Draft emails, documents, forms, and other content as requested by the educator.
  • Prepare, schedule, and upload approved social media posts, stories, and class highlights.
  • Coordinate student follow-ups throughout their course and refer questions requiring educator guidance.
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately and on time.

Required Skills and Qualities

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional telephone manner and clear, courteous email writing.
  • Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Discipline, punctuality, reliability, and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to work independently from home and manage multiple priorities.
  • A patient, helpful approach when communicating with students.
  • Confidence using email, spreadsheets, online forms, and digital records.
  • Familiarity with Google Drive, Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel, and Zoom.
  • Ability to maintain accurate CRM entries and student information.
  • Basic document formatting, proofreading, and content drafting skills.
  • Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms such as Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Willingness to follow established procedures, accept feedback, and learn new tools.
  • Ability to handle student information confidentially.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in administration, customer service, student support, education coordination, or CRM management would be an asset.

Work Schedule

  • Five working days per week.
  • Working hours: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
  • Sundays and Tuesdays off.
  • Work from home.

Compensation

Up to $2,000 per month.
