Job Summary

Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
  • Support food preparation tasks such as chopping, portioning, and assembling ingredients
  • Follow food safety protocols diligently to prevent contamination or spoilage
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours

Requirements

  • Previous food service or restaurant experience preferred, especially in a kitchen setting
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
  • Understanding of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving kitchen needs
