Working with the line cooks and the servers is great, but the managers not so great. management would have no problem having you work in a kitchen that just had a gas fire the day before.

The reason why i left was because i was happy about management and for the work i did i felt i was under paid.

I would advice you to dress business casual and come between 2:30 and 4 on a week day as these are the slower times and you would be able to speak to a manager.
