Full job description

At Milestones Grill + Bar Tsawwassen, we're passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests. We're looking for energetic, friendly, and hospitality-driven individuals to join our team as Server/Bartenders. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love connecting with people, and enjoy working as part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:

  • Deliver exceptional guest experiences through friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable service.
  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
  • Guide guests through our food and drink menus, making recommendations and enhancing their dining experience.
  • Manage multiple tables and bar guests while maintaining high service standards.
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room and bar areas.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and liquor service regulations.
  • Support teammates and contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous serving and/or bartending experience is an asset but not required.
  • Valid Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain it).
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills.
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Reliable, team-oriented individuals who are eager to learn and grow.
