Full job description

Stallion powers shipping for thousands of Canadian eCommerce businesses. Our enterprise clients are the backbone of that, and as we continue to grow, we're looking for our next Senior Strategic Account Manager to join our dedicated team and further strengthen those relationships.

This is not a support role. You'll own a portfolio of enterprise accounts, act as a trusted advisor, and be directly responsible for the health and growth of your book of business.

Duties

  • Own a portfolio of enterprise eCommerce clients as their primary point of contact.
  • Build deep relationships with key decision-makers and become a genuine trusted advisor.
  • Show up in person. Regular on-site client visits are a core part of this role, not a nice-to-have. You'll develop a real understanding of each client's operations, goals, and challenges by being there.
  • Lead meaningful Quarterly Business Reviews. Not deck-reading sessions, real conversations backed by data on performance, shipping trends, transit times, and opportunities to improve. QBRs are your most important touchpoint with each client.
  • Identify and act on opportunities to expand each client's use of Stallion's services.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Product, and Customer Service to resolve issues quickly and keep clients informed.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, Enterprise Sales, or a relationship-focused role.
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic client relationships.
  • A track record of conducting impactful business reviews and presenting data-driven insights to clients.
  • Comfortable hitting the road for client visits, at a minimum once a quarter per client, with more frequent visits as relationships develop.
  • Strong commercial instincts, you can spot growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Have excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through.
  • Valid Class G Driver's Licence

Why You'll Love Working at Stallion

We believe people do their best work when they're trusted, empowered, and supported. At Stallion, you'll have the autonomy to make an impact while growing alongside a collaborative team that's always looking to improve.

What You'll Earn

Base salary of $80,000 CAD with a performance incentive program of up to $20,000, rewarding you directly for the impact you make on your accounts.

Here's a glimpse of what we offer:

  • Flexible Start Times: Start your day anytime between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM
  • Hybrid Work Environment: Collaborate with the team while enjoying flexibility between home and our Mississauga headquarters
  • Health Spending Account: Flexible health and wellness coverage that lets you choose what works best for you
  • On-Site Gym: Enjoy 24/7 access to our fully equipped in-house gym
  • Corporate Mobile Discounts: Exclusive savings on mobile plans for you and your family
  • Travel Reimbursement: All client visits covered, including domestic travel across Canada.
  • Meaningful Ownership: Your ideas matter. You'll own your accounts, influence how we serve our enterprise clients, and see the direct impact of your work on client retention and growth.
  • Professional Growth: Work alongside a collaborative team on real business challenges that help shape how Canada's fastest-growing eCommerce brands ship smarter.
