Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our purchasing team in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer support. This role requires proficiency in various office technologies and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
  • Operate phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain an organized office environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
  • Invoicing order's (check margins, do pick tickets)
  • Ensure clients are supplying invoices and supplying purchase orders
  • Dealing with Visa machine (cost confirmation, scan all visa docs, organize & file
  • General reception duty's
  • Arranging monthly sales meeting that corporate sets up

  • Assist in any way required

Experience

  • Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

  • Experience in customer support or working in a dental office setting is a plus but not mandatory.
