Full job description

Patient Care Coordinator

Georgian Dental Orillia | Orillia, Ontario

Sometimes the most important part of someone's dental visit isn't what happens in the chair.

It's the voice that answers the phone when they're anxious.

It's the smile that welcomes them through the door.

It's the person who patiently explains insurance, answers questions, and helps them feel cared for when life feels overwhelming.

At Georgian Dental Orillia, we know that extraordinary patient experiences begin with extraordinary people.

We're looking for a Patient Care Coordinator who genuinely loves helping others and understands that kindness, compassion, and connection matter just as much as organization and efficiency.

Because to our patients, you're not just answering phones or scheduling appointments.

You're helping people feel comfortable, supported, and understood.

Why Orillia?

Life in Orillia offers something many people are searching for but rarely find—balance.

Imagine finishing your day and spending your evening walking along the shores of Lake Couchiching, enjoying local cafés downtown, or taking in a sunset at Couchiching Beach Park. Enjoy the charm of a vibrant community with easy access to Mara Provincial Park, nearby trails, and year-round outdoor activities.

Orillia offers the perfect blend of small-town warmth and modern conveniences, with Barrie and the GTA within easy reach.

People come to Orillia for work.

Many stay because they fall in love with the lifestyle.

  • Verify insurance benefits and process claims accurately.
  • Maintain organized and confidential patient records.
  • Collaborate closely with the clinical team to support exceptional patient care.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in healthcare administration or patient coordination (dental experience is considered a strong asset).
