Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Medical Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, providing exceptional services to our clients while ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. As a Medical Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests through your expertise in various aesthetic services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform non-invasive laser treatments including laser hair removal, facial rejuvenation, vascular and acne treatments.
  • Provide advanced aesthetic treatments including medical-grade peels, advanced facials, RF Fractional Microneedling, and other leading non-invasive skin treatments for face and body.
  • Conduct personalized consultations and skin assessments to design tailored treatment plans
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment in accordance with Benefit Bpdy Spa and industry health regulations.
  • Educate clients on treatment aftercare and skincare products
  • Drive product recommendations and support rebooking efforts to enhance the client journey
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure every client receives expert, compassionate care

Qualifications

  • Formal Qualifications: Valid medical and/or aesthetician license/certification as required by CANB regulations. Certificate in Laser Hair Removal (required).
  • Exceptional Technical Skills: Experience in skin assessments and treatments is highly desirable, though not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you excel in this aspect of the role.
  • Commitment to Professionalism: Be punctual, prepared, and polished. You maintain an impeccable appearance while ensuring discretion in your work.
  • Passion for the Aesthetics Industry: Bring a genuine enthusiasm for skin, beauty, and making others feel amazing. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with clients effectively.
