Responsibilities:
- Perform clerical duties, including filing, organizing documents, and managing records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external parties
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to HIPAA regulations

Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in administrative tasks and office management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Experience in training development and implementation
- Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures
