Full job description

StellarCare Recruitment is part of StellarCare Group, which helps medical clinics across Canada grow. Our divisions are StellarCare Recruitment, Management, Billing and Marketing. Together they help clinic owners and physicians find doctors, run their clinics, get paid and bring in patients. Our sister company, StellarCare Clinics, runs its own walk-in and family practice clinics across Ontario.

We’re growing fast and hiring 4 Business Development Representatives to build our sales team.

Responsibilities

  • Cold call clinic owners, physicians and pharmacies across Canada every day
  • Follow up by email and LinkedIn
  • Book and run discovery calls
  • Sell across all our divisions: recruitment, clinic management, billing and marketing
  • Manage your pipeline in our CRM
  • Hit monthly targets and close deals

Requirements

  • Comfortable cold calling every day; this is a phone-first role
  • A friendly, warm personality that people enjoy talking to
  • Fantastic communication skills, on the phone and in writing
  • Proactive: you don’t wait to be told, you go find the next deal
  • A sense of urgency: you follow up fast and move deals forward
  • Always learning: you want feedback and you get better every week
  • 1+ year of sales experience preferred (B2B, phone sales, agency or retail), not required

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare or pharmacy experience
