The Role

This is a front-facing, people-first position where your personality is just as important as your skills. You'll help clients find eyewear they love, guide them through their options with confidence, and make every visit feel effortless and enjoyable. Think part stylist, part problem-solver, part brand ambassador — all heart.

Guaranteed minimum of 34 hours per week.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Welcoming clients and creating an experience that keeps them coming back
  • Guiding customers through frame and lens selections that match their style, lifestyle, and vision needs
  • Performing minor frame adjustments and repairs
  • Managing appointments, scheduling, phones, and day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Being the kind of person clients ask for by name

What We're Looking For

  • Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable in a sales-oriented environment
  • Quick to learn, highly organized, and able to keep pace in a busy clinic
