Full job description

One World Global Services LLC is currently seeking experienced Punjabi and Hungarian Medical Interpreters based in Canada to join our growing team.

This is a remote opportunity for professionals who are passionate about facilitating communication between healthcare providers and Spanish-speaking patients through Over-the-Phone Interpretation (OPI).

We are looking for interpreters who are available to provide coverage during regular business hours and after-hours (after 8:00 PM EST). Candidates with evening availability are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and professional medical interpretation services between English and Punjabi or Hungarian
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with industry standards.
  • Facilitate clear communication between healthcare providers and patients.
  • Deliver high-quality interpretation while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in Canada.
  • Fluency in both English and the languages listed
  • Previous Medical Interpretation experience (+1 year)
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection.
  • Computer with a USB headset.
  • Quiet, professional work environment.
  • Availability to work during business hours and/or after 8:00 PM EST.
