Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in healthcare, with a focus on patient interaction and administrative support. Prior experience medical environments is preferred, but we welcome motivated candidates eager to learn and grow within the medical field. The MOA will be responsible for assisting with patient care activities, managing administrative tasks, and maintaining a professional and compassionate environment.

Duties

  • Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
  • Assist healthcare providers with patient care activities, including taking vital signs and preparing exam rooms
  • Manage medical records accurately and maintain confidentiality
  • Schedule appointments, follow-ups, and coordinate patient flow efficiently
  • Handle phone calls, answer inquiries, and provide information to patients
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of clinical areas in compliance with health standards
  • Support inventory management by ordering supplies and medications as needed
