Promotes transition from student to beginning practitioner role through intensive practice in a selected practice area of interest to the student. Final clinical course emphasizing integration and synthesis of previously acquired knowledge and skill, and application of theory and research to nursing practice.Experience developing learning contracts. Demonstrated conflict resolution, oral/written communication skills.

Enseignement clinique / Clinical Teaching: $67.87 (Bsc. - 2024-2025) ; $87.76 (Msc. - 2024-2025)The academic year starts on September 1 and ends on August 31.

Requirements (Faculty)
B.Sc.N. with minimum of 5 years of clinical experience. Ability to demonstrate excellent interpersonal relationships. Ease in adapting to the work schedules of the student and their preceptor.
Condition of Employment
Current registration as RN or NP in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
Course Schedule:
Clinical course from Monday to Friday (possible weekends) from January 15 to April 14, 2027 (subject to changes and approval). Day and/or evening shifts. Final presentations on April 9, 2027.

Previous experience as a clinical instructor preferred.
We will extend the end date on the contract to allow time to complete the on-line students’ evaluation. Participation at team meetings is mandatory (dates to be determined).
