About the Opportunity

  • Manage a high-volume shared email inbox, monitoring, organizing, prioritizing, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding event services and related inquiries.
  • Triage incoming requests and determine the appropriate individual, department, or resource to address each inquiry.
  • Respond to a high volume of telephone and email inquiries, providing accurate information and ensuring requests are followed through to resolution.
  • Coordinate communication between internal teams, event organizers, clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, format, and organize a variety of documents, correspondence, reports, forms, and event-related materials.
  • Maintain accurate records, documentation, and information related to events and service requests.
  • Track outstanding requests and follow up as required to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist with the administrative coordination of event-related activities and services.
  • Ensure information is communicated clearly and accurately to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify and escalate issues or inquiries requiring additional attention.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and solutions-oriented customer service at all times.
  • Support the Events Services team with additional administrative duties and projects as required.

About You
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, customer service, coordination, or similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a professional and approachable manner.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage a high volume of email and telephone inquiries while maintaining a high standard of service.
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving skills, particularly when triaging requests and determining appropriate next steps.
  • Comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, and other standard administrative systems.
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, organized, and professional in a fast-paced environment.
Pay Range
  • $25 - $28/hour
