Womens Health Clinic in Bedford

We are looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to work in a busy Women's Health clinic.

We are seeking a dedicated, professional, and organized individual to work at a busy women's health clinic. This is a full time position in a supportive and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients with a welcoming and compassionate attitude
  • Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
  • Answer phones and respond to patient inquiries in a timely manner
  • Verify patient information and update medical records accurately
  • Process bills, referrals, and other administrative tasks as required
  • Support providers and clinic staff to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Order supplies, process deliveries and shipments of lab specimens
  • Help develop new procedures to increase the efficiency and success of the practice as well as anticipate the needs of the practice and promptly communicate with your team to ensure all needs are considered and met

In addition, you will:

  • Manage emails and electronic medical records (EMR) & other platforms
  • Manage patient files to ensure all necessary information is present for upcoming appointments
  • Be detail oriented, compassionate, and naturally organized.
  • Wash and sterilize medical instruments
  • Prepare and restock patient rooms

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a medical or clinical setting
  • Proficiency with Med Access ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Have the ability to time manage, multi task, demonstrate telephone etiquette skills, provide high attention to detail, emit professionalism and be highly organized
  • Dependable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of patient care
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a strong work ethic

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
