We’re looking for a full time Field Clinical Specialist Trainer to join our team and elevate the readiness of our U.S. Field Clinical Support organization. This role is dedicated to delivering consistent, high quality training that equips Field Clinical Specialists with the skills and confidence they need to support cardiac mapping and ablation procedures.
Please note, this opportunity is a hybrid/on-site/remote work arrangement which would require frequent travel to Vancouver, BC.

Kardium offers a competitive total cash compensation (base salary + 5% 401k contribution). Pay offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, and business or organizational needs.
Total cash – the total cash we’ve listed for this position includes a base salary, plus a contribution to a Retirement Savings plan to help support your financial goals.
Comprehensive medical & dental coverage – for all permanent employees – effective as of Day 1, with no waiting period.

- Facilitate the delivery of the structured scalable training program that ensures consistent field readiness.
- Support the development and maintenance of educational processes and documentation
- Run training sessions for new field clinical specialists
- Support coordination with internal teams to ensure correct equipment availability for training sessions and embedded assessments.
- Ensure proper handoff to field managers, collect feedback and maintain gates for learning progression.

You will be successful in this role because you possess these attributes:
- Strong background in clinical support for medical devices
- 5+ years experience in cardiac ablation preferred
- Proven training and facilitation skills and experience delivering in-person hands-on training
- Strong coordination and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, complex schedules and moving parts across cohorts.
- Ability to work cross functionally and comfortable partnering with clinical subject matter experts, product teams and field leadership
- Strong communication skills. Ability to simplify complex topics, give direct feedback, manage group dynamics
- Ability to balance structure and flexibility. Can build and follow a plan and adapt when schedules shift, learner needs vary or clinical points of interest are updated
