Automotive Sales and Leasing Representative

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Automotive Sales and Leasing Representative who is self-driven and has a mature outlook. Position Details:

  • Full-time position
  • Flexible hours (We close at 7 p.m. Monday through Thursday)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting their perfect vehicle
  • Develop and maintain a growing list of potential customers
  • Cultivate a network of referrals (family, friends, associates, etc.)
  • Engage with community and industry organizations to promote yourself and Surgenor Hyundai
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management
  • Ensure repeat business through strong customer relationships

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong background in customer service
  • Bilingual in French and English is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Positive and outgoing attitude
  • Professional appearance, speech, and behavior
  • Expertise in presenting new and pre-owned vehicles in an informative, attractive way that promotes quick sales

  • Product knowledge expert who can sell the true value of both vehicles and the dealership
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to take direction and positive feedback
