About us

We are hiring a Medical Representative to play a crucial role in the success of the organization.

We are looking for a Medical Representative to bring awareness to Advanced Sleep by generating new patient referrals and leads and helping us grow. This will be done by contacting and developing relationships with community physicians and relevant medical professionals.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting referral quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with medical practitioners and their teams, from first contact until you establish a positive relationship. You will also ensure proper follow-up with doctors and nurse practitioners who send referrals and maintain the relationship going forward. If you are motivated and results-driven, and enjoy working in a team environment, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Contact potential physicians through phone calls and emails
  • Present our company to community physicians and bring them brochures, referral forms and various marketing materials.
  • Book lunch-and-learn meetings with community doctors.
  • Identify physicians needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with physicians
  • Proactively seek new opportunities in the community
  • Track and chart physician visits
  • Report to the management on (weekly/monthly/quarterly)
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services

Requirements and skills

  • Previous experience as a drug rep would be really helpful.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel / Google Sheets (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Being the face of our organization we require someone who has a professional attitude, presentable and customer service focused.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Must have your own vehicle with a valid BC Drivers Licence
  • Willingness to learn and work with new softwares
