Answered 16 December 2018The pace is fairly slow in the beginning of the week but it definitely picks up. The pace of work is also chaotic because no one is where they should be, people ignore pages to come to the front for the cashier or to receive product in the warehouse. Answered 26 November 2020It's just a terrible company to work for. The salary is very low in comparison to industry standards for the same role, but they'll sell you on the fact that the Benefits are worth it. Which isn't always the case, to be honest. The benefits are great, but the work itself isn't worth the salary at all. People that stay here are usually lifers and the high rating this company gets is 99% from head office where they get 1 day off extra per month, work monday to friday, have a cafeteria and gym in their building and right now, get to work from home and have no understanding of how the store are run or the challenges we face. That is where the high ratings come from, that's not opinion, that's fact.
