A typical day:
  • Attract, develop and retain top talent.
  • Manage and execute sourcing activities, including posting jobs, networking, and leveraging internal and external candidate databases.
  • Identify, interview, reference-check, and match qualified candidates with client hiring needs across professional sectors.
  • Proactively build and maintain candidate pipelines to support client needs.
  • Deliver a positive candidate experience through timely communication and promotion of safe, healthy work environments.
  • Ensure accurate and timely information in the ATS to support payroll and invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with Client Account Managers to meet client expectations and strengthen cross-department relationships across #teamAgilus.

You are:
  • Experienced in recruitment and staffing services.
  • Tenacious and results-oriented – you love a challenge!
  • Passionate about candidate relationships - you add value!
  • Energized by candidate placements – you are a full service provider and have previous experience that translates well for this role.
  • Results-driven: KPIs, metrics, and ratios feed positive outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.
