Full job description

Job Overview
MOA needed for specialist's office. Competitive wages and benefits. Punjabi language an asset. Experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk activities
- Maintain electronic medical records accurately and confidentially
- Handle phone systems efficiently, directing calls and taking messages
- Assist with billing, insurance claims, and other administrative tasks
- Coordinate referrals to other healthcare providers as needed

Experience
- Previous experience in a medical office or similar setting is preferred
- Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with electronic medical records systems, such as Epic
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in a dental office is a plus
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
