Full job description
Well established physiotherapy clinic is looking for a reliable, mature, motivated and professional individual who possesses exceptional people skills and can multi-task and prioritize work based on importance. You must be computer literate including Microsoft Office products and be able to learn clinically relevant computer software for scheduling and billing purposes. Previous experience and knowledge of Extended Health Care billing and collections are an asset. Communication is a key and you must be comfortable dealing with patients, insurance companies and healthcare professionals. Hours would include afternoon/evening shifts with flexibility to cover possible daytime hours if required. Must be personable and have some customer service experience. Job includes making appointments (in person and over the phone), taking payments, answering phones, light laundry, cleaning and disinfecting procedures and assisting the physiotherapists in maintain a clean and sanitary work environment. Would Job hours may range from 4-16 hours per week depending on return of an administrator currently on maternity leave. be suitable for a mature university/college student as well.
